Biography

Sundeep S. Grewal is an associate attorney at Bailey Peavy Bailey, representing injured clients all over the United States in both state and federal courts. He focuses his practice on complex civil litigation with a primary focus on the firm’s pharmaceutical and product liability mass tort actions, severe personal injury actions and other catastrophic injury matters. Sundeep is well versed in all aspects of the litigation process, including discovery, depositions, and motion practice. He is also knowledgeable on intellectual property matters involving copyright, trademark, and unfair competition law. Sundeep’s diverse educational background, coupled with his experience, skill and passionate commitment to each individual case have helped secure settlements and verdicts totally close to a billion dollars. This strong foundation gives “Sunny”, as he his affectionately known, all the necessary tools to successfully represent our clients, ensuring maximum recoveries. Prior to joining the firm, Sundeep practiced law at the Watts Law Firm.

Sundeep was born and raised in London, England. Along with his wife (also an expatriate) and little girl, he now calls Jersey Village, Texas his home.
