Biography

Randy Reagan is an associate with Bailey Peavy Bailey where his primary focus is toxic tort litigation. He currently works on a docket that consists of mesothelioma cases filed nationally.

Mr. Reagan has focused his career on representing individuals across the country in a wide range of cases including
severe negligence, wrongful death, toxic tort, product defects and bodily injury claims. He has helped thousands of
injured workers and their families recover settlements for asbestos and benzene related diseases.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Reagan was an associate with the Kaeske Law Firm in Dallas and Austin for
11 years. During that time, he represented families that were affected by mesothelioma and other lung cancers
caused by asbestos exposure. While with the Kaeske Law Firm he also focused on representing families that were affected by acute myelogenous leukemia and myelodysplastic syndrome caused by benzene exposure.

Prior to joining the Kaeske Law Firm, Mr. Reagan served as an associate and case manager at Baron and Budd, LLP, in Dallas for 4 years. During his time with Baron and Budd, he represented families that had been affected by mesothelioma and other lung diseases caused by asbestos exposure.
