David Dixon spent 12 years in private practice handling asbestos and personal injury litigation cases before joining the firm. Mr. Dixon has helped thousands of injured workers and their family members recover settlements for mesothelioma and other asbestos-related diseases.
Prior to private practice, Mr. Dixon managed personal injury and property damage claims with Prudential Insurance and Financial Services. Since Mr. Dixon joined the firm as “Of Counsel” in 2012, he concentrates his practice on representing clients in the areas of asbestos litigation, bankruptcy matters, medical device cases, major industrial accidents, and toxic tort cases.

Mr. Dixon, his wife, Teresa, and their wonderful children live in Houston, where Mr. Dixon serves as a mentor to intermediate and high school students and as a volunteer for numerous civic organizations.
