Aaron Heckaman Invited to Speak at Asbestos Litigation Conference
Bailey Peavy Bailey Cowan Heckaman’s own Aaron Heckaman was invited to speak on the topic of “Special Issues in Asbestos Depositions and Settlements” on Friday, September 23 at Harris Martin’s Midwest Asbestos Litigation Conference in St. Louis, MI.
This CLE-accredited event covered a variety of topics related to asbestos litigation and Aaron, along with Rebecca Nickelson of HeplerBroom, LLC, focused on rules of various jurisdictions, how stip letters can help both the plaintiffs and the defense, and settlement strategies.
After attorneys in the United States pass the bar exam, they are required to complete a minimum number of required CLE, or continuing legal education hours in order to maintain their license to practice law.
