Fletch is a trial lawyer. He represents individuals, companies, states and labor unions to recover losses caused by the wrongdoing of others. Fletch has successfully tried cases to verdict involving personal injuries resulting from defective drugs, investment losses caused by broker-dealer fraud and consumer protection violations by major pharmaceutical manufacturers.
