Fletch participates in Bailey Perrin Bailey’s government fraud practice. Representing States across the country, Bailey Perrin Bailey’s government fraud and consumer protection practice is the most innovative and aggressive of its kind. Bailey Perrin Bailey represents States and private third-party purchasers of prescription drugs against drug manufacturers. Bailey Perrin Bailey currently represents several States pursuing Medicaid fraud and consumer protection claims against the manufacturers of atypical antipsychotic drugs. Bailey Perrin Bailey also plays an active role in national litigation related to pharmaceutical manufacturers’ manipulation of prices paid for drugs by State Medicaid programs.

In addition to his representation of States and private health plans, Fletch participates in Bailey Perrin Bailey’s representation of thousands of individuals injured by prescription drugs. Fletch is a trial lawyer. In the summer of 2006, Fletch won a plaintiff’s verdict against Johnson & Johnson on behalf of the daughter of a Houston woman who died as a result of a defective pain medication patch. It was the first trial of its kind in the United States.

Fletch grew up in Baytown, Texas and went to St. Thomas High School in Houston. While at Ole Miss, Fletch covered the baseball beat for the University newspaper and was an intramural basketball champion.
