Tracy Tallon

Tracy Tallon is a trial lawyer who represents plaintiffs in many different areas of law, primarily concentrating in pharmaceutical drug litigation, catastrophic personal injury, products liability, and other various mass torts. She is licensed to practice in all state courts in Texas, as well as the Eastern, Western, Northern and Southern federal district courts.

Prior to joining Bailey Perrin Bailey LLP, Tracy practiced law as a defense lawyer at Cox Smith Mathews, incorporated in San Antonio and Dallas, Texas. Tracy gained substantial experiencein bankruptcy-related litigation, corporate restructuring and corporate governance matters. She has also represented Fortune 500 companies in complex commercial litigation and business disputes. Tracy is conversational in German, and is a certified mediator with more than twenty successful mediations.

Beyond her legal representation of Bailey Perrin Bailey LLP clients, Tracy devotes considerable energy to other causes she believes in. She is an active volunteer for the United Way, Susan G. Komen for the Cure, and the Fund, a unique Arts enrichment program she first learned of in San Antonio, Texas. She is a member of the Trinity Alumni Admissions Network, the University of Houston Law Center Acquisitions Committee, and the Women’s Law Divisions of the American Bar Association and Texas Young Lawyers Association.
