Jenifer King PointsJenifer King Points has been a staff attorney with Bailey Perrin & Bailey since 2005. Her main focus is litigation brought by various states against pharmaceutical companies charged with misrepresenting the risks of their drugs and fraudulently obtaining Medicaid funds for drugs promoted for uses not approved by the FDA. Prior to this position, Jenifer was a senior associate in the Houston office of Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P. There she worked on a wide variety of litigation matters, including products liability, personal injury, commerical disputes, legal malpractice, aviation law, family law, and insurance defense and coverage analysis. Jenifer tried several cases to verdict while at Fulbright and had significant responsibility for over 100 others that were resolved otherwise. Jenifer received a J.D. with Honors from The University of Texas School of Law in 1999 after receiving a BA from Austin College in 1993. Jenifer and her husband, Chad, have two young boys - Ethan and Carson. |
