Mr. Martinez is currently a staff attorney at Bailey Perrin Bailey. Steven has extensive experience he handling and managing mass tort and personal injury cases, most notably in the areas of asbestos and pharmaceutical drug litigation, successfully recovering for his clients.

Before coming to Bailey, Perrin, Bailey, LLP, Steven was a litigation staff attorney at Williams Bailey Law Firm, LLP, where he handled thousands of cases involving injured clients and the pharmaceutical drug, fen-phen. Prior to this experience, he was an associate attorney and office manager for Roven, Kaplan & Wells, LLP, where he represented hundreds of clients for asbestos-related injuries under the Federal Employers’ Liability Act and was responsible for the supervision and management of the firm’s office staff.

A native Houstonian, Steven had the distinguished honor of being named as one of H Texas Magazine’s Top Lawyers of 2004. He is a cum laude graduate of Thurgood Marshall School of Law where he was named to the Dean’s List in successive years and selected to Law Review. Steven is also fluent in Spanish.
