Andrew KirkendallAndrew Kirkendall, born Dallas, Texas; admitted to bar in Texas. Andrew is an attorney at Bailey Perrin Bailey LLP and participates in the trial practice relative to government fraud, securities class actions, and individual drug injury cases. Bailey Perrin Bailey represents several States in the prosecution of Medicaid fraud and consumer protection claims against pharmaceutical manufacturers that developed, promoted, and sold atypical antipsychotic drugs. Bailey Perrin Bailey also plays an active role in national litigation related to drug makers’ manipulation of prices paid for drugs by State Medicaid programs and represents States and private third-party purchasers of prescription drugs against drug manufacturers. In addition to his representation of States and private health plans, Andrew participates in the firm’s representation of thousands of individuals injured by prescription drugs. Prior to joining Bailey Perrin Bailey, Andrew worked for McKool Smith, P.C., where he represented several Fortune 500 corporations in various commercial disputes. While at Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, Andrew served as Chief Counsel for the Southern Methodist University Civil Clinic, providing pro bono services to the community.
