His practice is devoted primarily to litigation matters where he focuses on various products liability, personal injury and complex commercial litigations. Harris has represented thousands of clients who have been injured by exposure to asbestos, refinery explosions and dangerous drugs. Some notable cases that he has been involved with include representing over 260 clients in the 2005 BP Explosion in Texas City, and representing thousands of clients involving the pharmaceutical drugs Zyprexa, Paxil, Digitek, Phen-Fen, Avandia, Trasylol, and Accutane to name a few. He has helped secure hundreds of millions of dollars for his clients through verdicts and settlements. Prior to joining Bailey Perrin Bailey, Harris worked for Bracewell & Giuliani LLP, a national full service law firm with over 400 lawyers worldwide.
