Some notable cases that he has been involved with include representing over 200 clients in the 2005 British Petroleum Explosion in Texas City, and hundreds of clients in mass tort cases involving Zyprexa, Paxil, Digitek, Phen-Fen, and other diet drugs to name a few. He has helped secure hundreds of millions of dollars for his clients through verdicts and settlements. Prior to joining Bailey Perrin Bailey, Harris worked for Bracewell & Giuliani LLP, a national full service law firm with over 400 lawyers worldwide. Harris also clerked for the Honorable Chief Justice Scott Brister on the Fourteenth Court of Appeals in Houston, Texas.

Harris is married and has two young daughters ages six and three. They all reside in Houston, Texas.
