Experience and Practice Areas

Jennifer McBride, a native Houstonian, is an attorney at Bailey Perrin Bailey where her practice is focused on mass tort complex pharmaceutical drug litigation, often involving thousands of plaintiffs. As part of Jennifer’s practice at Bailey Perrin Bailey, she represents various States in prosecuting Medicaid fraud and consumer protection claims against pharmaceutical manufacturers. Jennifer also represents States and private third-party purchasers in claims against the manufacturers of atypical antipsychotic drugs. Prior to joining Bailey Perrin Bailey, Jennifer worked at a nationally recognized Houston based mass tort plaintiffs firm and gained vast experience handling fen-phen cases. In addition, she served as the intern to the Regional Counsel of the Department of Veterans Affairs and gained experience in healthcare law and evaluating medical malpractice claims.
