Prior to Bailey Perrin Bailey, Camp was a lawyer at Williams Bailey LLP where he worked on the asbestos and premise liability docket. Bailey Perrin Bailey's practice spans a full range of personal injury and civil related lawsuits and is committed, both philosophically and financially, to defending the rights of personal injury victims. As its lawyers have done in the past, Bailey Perrin Bailey continues to represent thousands of clients in various mass torts in virtually every state against some of the largest corporate defendants in the world. The Firm strongly believes in individual and corporate responsibility. Tort law is based on the defendant accepting responsibility for its negligent acts or intentional wrongful conduct which causes death or injury to others. At Bailey Perrin Bailey, we take great pride in providing the highest quality of legal representation to our clients with the utmost integrity and ethics. Bailey Perrin Bailey structures fee agreements on a contingency basis. In contingency fee cases, we do not get paid unless our client is awarded a favorable settlement or judgment. This structure allows for individuals to get legal representation for no money up front and allows us to demonstrate our commitment to each of our clients’ cases because we are sharing in the risks of litigation.
